We feel like this dealership took advantage of Us a couple years ago. They were not particularly nice while we were there and they were very vague about the price of the car we intended to buy. We had couple years ago. They were not particularly nice while we were there and they were very vague about the price of the car we intended to buy. We had to sign and re-sign several papers and even had to meet them twice off site because of their mistakes. So, not only was this a bad buying experience, it gets worse for us. The car has multiple things wrong with it. Almost all my tires were shredding apart that were sold to me on the car. I had three blow outs in three months and two bent wheels because of the flat tires. The electrical outlets dont work and the speakers were blown. I recentley tried to trade to CARMAX because of all the issues we were going through with this car. CARMAX was honest with us and told us the car had been in a significant wreck and the whole driver's side was new and not original to the car. This was not in the carfax report and they did not disclose that to us before we bought the car. I feel we were taken advantage of and betrayed. I would think twice before buying a car, especially a used one from here. More
These guys took great care of me. They gave me a great price on my trade and I was able to get financed really quickly. I haven't used their service department yet but plan to for my first oil change. Def price on my trade and I was able to get financed really quickly. I have to tell you that today's experience with all the guy's ----from Daniel meeting me outside the showroom and introducing me to Robert, my salesman, to the finance manger "Tol" it was awesome! Don't th guy's ----from Daniel meeting me outside the showroom and introducing me to Robert, my salesman, to the finance manger "Tol" it was awesome! Don't think I have ever had a nicer purchasing experience than the staff at Adamson gave me today. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I went over there today not at all sure they could help me but it was painless and fun------------on top of that they made it possible for me to get the car of my dreams and without having to settle for something less ---- Robert did a fine job. Joye and I both are so glad too being back in an AMERICAN car. If we don't support our country and its workers who will! More
I've taken both domestic and foreign vehicles to this dealer, they always do a great job. They have me in and out fairly quickly every time. Geico has an office there, which makes it easy. They also work dealer, they always do a great job. They have me in and out fairly quickly every time. Geico has an office there, which makes it easy. They also work with Enterprise, so the process from insurance to repairs to rental is seamless. I send all my family members and my friends here to have work done...I recommend this shop. More
Great dealership with positive people. Robert helped anyway he could even though I had no money down. They made sure I left with a vehicle and did everything possible for me not to have to pay a down p anyway he could even though I had no money down. They made sure I left with a vehicle and did everything possible for me not to have to pay a down payment. It took a little while to get my truck, but I got what I needed. Have purchased all my vehicles plus recommended to all my friends from Adamson. Keep up the good work. More
I had a horrible expereince with Adamson Ford, the name of the associate who we were working with was Courtney. HORRIBLE experience, had already spoke to him over the phone and he knew I was driving from o of the associate who we were working with was Courtney. HORRIBLE experience, had already spoke to him over the phone and he knew I was driving from over an hour away, only to get treated like crap when I got there. Awful staff. Calling in a complaint Monday morning with the general manager!! More
These guys are idiots, unprofessional, and rude. They tried to make me feel bad for the price I bought the car, letting me know they barely made any money. They also let me know how much my finance compa tried to make me feel bad for the price I bought the car, letting me know they barely made any money. They also let me know how much my finance company charged them and made sure to let me know again how "I" hurt them at the price I paid. I'm not stupid, and how about saying thank you for buying a car and yes I'm sure everyone made a commission. Even when I buy a pack of gum at the gas station they say thank you. On top of all that it took over 5 hours to buy the car. Keep in mind that I had prearranged financing, all they had to do was fill out a few forms. I've also had to go back three times now to keep resigning title application because they keep filling it out wrong. Only reason I purchased from them is they had the used car I wanted and at the right price. More

Please, please, please anyone take my advice and never buy from Adamson Ford. If you do purchase a vehicle from them, make sure the odometer reading on paper is the same as what is reading in the vehicle. buy from Adamson Ford. If you do purchase a vehicle from them, make sure the odometer reading on paper is the same as what is reading in the vehicle. Get the vehicle inspected the same day you purchase and if anything is wrong, don't text, don't call, take the vehicle back and get in WRITING everything that needs to be fixed. Do not negotiate anything verbally. I can not stress enough, because this dealership is a scam and their dealership is nothing like it use to be. When they fix the problem make sure they give you a loaner vehicle in which they are obligated to do so. I purchased a 2001 Gray Toyota Sequoia. A list of things that were wrong w/ the vehicle same day I purchased in which I made a mistake by making a verbal agreement and text agreement instead of getting it in writing. Both Exhaust Manifolds were leaking, Throttle Body gone bad, all 4 tires had no treads at all, rear brakes were scrubbing on the rotors. Week 2, alternator gone out and battery as well, because the alternator killed the battery. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and I receive a phone call from Julie who is a receptionist for Adamson Ford relaying all messages to me from General Manager of Adamson Ford telling me that they will only reimburse me for brakes. They refuse to reimburse me for anything else. Warranty wasn't suppose to kick in until 30 days after me having possession of vehicle, but because so much stuff is wrong w/ the vehicle and Adamson Ford refused to fix vehicle, the warranty company paid for everything covered under my warranty minus my out of pocket deductible. Also just to let you know, you have 72 hours to return a vehicle if you are not satisfied with it. But I didn't learn this until 2 weeks later. BE AWARE!!! More
I made the mistake of telling them what my pay off was on my trade and what I could afford in a payment. Then I allowed the finance guy to be vague about the figures. They took advantage of a poor person who my trade and what I could afford in a payment. Then I allowed the finance guy to be vague about the figures. They took advantage of a poor person who didn't understand the figures and they didn't explain them.
then the next day when I had someone explain the figures to me the wouldn't take the vehicle back and let me have mine back.
In short theyu have taken advantage of a person with little means
because they were slick and I was foolish to trust them!
