Well I knew what I wanted when I walked up. No sales approached me I had to seek out Mike Cruz. I told him I was dropped off and was looking at mustangs. He told me to stand by my ride. Well if I was dropped off how can I stand by my ride so you can park the car I'm looking at beside it? How about listening to your customers. Next, the title was wrong which should have been caught before the car hit the lot for sale. It took over an hour of waiting to figure out the issue. I had to keep contacting the sales member to find out what's going on. They finally tell me and I wait. I waited two hours to sign paperwork. Then the sales member who had to take the car and title to get it fixed brought the car back on 3/4 gas after I was told he would be back in 15 minutes and it took him over 45. I understand if he was refueling it but he didn't. I should have walked away and called an uber. The paperwork took too long. My son had a better experience at Serra Toyota. They told him everything on payments and walked him through setting things up on his phone. No one explained anything. I had to wait till I got home to figure out that the remote start could only be done from an app. Oh and don't forget that I bought a new car with one key fob. They better hope they send the other in the mail. Like they said they would. More

She was very rude and combative, poor customer service. She didn't get a technician to properly diagnose my car. She just tried to google quick fixes in the middle of the quick lane.
