I am probably one of Gene Evans number one customer. In December 2012, we purchased 2 vehicle sin one day for myself and my husband. There are dealerships on every corner but I would pass them all to go to Gene Evans. Bill Miller and his staff are absolutely unmatched. Every Ford dealer should send their personnel to Bill and his staff to learn just how customers should be treated and how a dealership should be operated. I have sent many friends and being in banking over 37 years many of my own customers to Bill Miller and his staff just to experience what I have over the years! Normally you cannot speak to the 'top dog" or someone in charge, however Bill Miller always makes time for each and every customer. He is truly the exception!! I just want to say thank you to Gene Evens and to Bill Miller for being everything a dealership should be or possibly could be!! More

I really had not even considered buying a new car. I have a 1997 Mercury Cougar purchased through Bill Miller at Gene Evans in August of 2010. It had 52000 miles on it and is the best car I ever had. It now a 1997 Mercury Cougar purchased through Bill Miller at Gene Evans in August of 2010. It had 52000 miles on it and is the best car I ever had. It now only has 73000 miles and is still a wonderful car! I would never consider trading this car in, however, Bill wanted me to look at the new Ford Fusion and so I did. Wow...this car is so amazing! Bill made the deal so attractive I couldn't resist! I still did not trade in my Cougar! I Love that car! So I just purchased the 2013 Fusion and decided to keep the Cougar as well! I have purchased several cars from Bill over the years and he is one of the finest people I know! He always does exactly what he says and that is important to me! I've nIver been promised anything by Bill that I didn't receive.
