I guess because of the car shortage they were pressed for sales and showed me a car that was just traded in and hadn’t been cleaned or serviced. After purchasing the car they say they cleaned and serviced it but it still smelled like smoke and animals from the previous owners and when I complained they sprayed an entire bottle of air freshener in the car and gave it back to me. Less an 90 days later I get alerts for a bad airbag system. I took it to the Autonation Honda for service and they tell me it’s my battery and tried to charge me over $300 to replace. I replace the battery myself only to find out the alternator is also bad and they are refusing to replace it while it is still covered under the warranty. As well as the airbag system needing to be replaced. You would think that buying a car from a reputable and such a large company as autonation that you would receive top notch service and this was not the case. These guys are pressed for sales and will sell you whatever they have just to get a sale. Do your research and have your own mechanic check out your cars while you can still return it because you can’t trust their service or their service department. WILL NOT be purchasing another vehicle from any autonation chain. More

I purchased my F 150 from your store in 2015 and have only allowed it to be serviced by your company. I suggest you train people in class and not on customer’s time. I’ve never been a fan of dealerships service departments because I know its your profit center but your service was excellent. This may have lost a 6 year customer. You can check out who the slow people was. He would not give my paperwork to another service manager. Can you believe I was forced to wait!! I’m sure me as one customer doesn’t matter to a large conglomerate like Nation with so many stores across the country but my time and experience happen to matter to me. More

The sell of a used vehicle is horrible.The first vehicle I return for issues the next day.Dealer kept care for several days had to keep calling finally was told I can pick the vehicle up het there manager I return for issues the next day.Dealer kept care for several days had to keep calling finally was told I can pick the vehicle up het there manager ask who told you to pick the vehicle I satiated salesperson we can’t sell it to many issues we are sending it to auction. They did say we can return your deposit or find you a vehicle.They did find one took several days to finally pick it up after calling..communication is horrible -The finance was a disaster for me. I I’m thinking I’m paying for warranty found out I wasn’t.Had to go back 3 different times after picking up the vehicle (1) return keys a sensor was left on it. (2) they didn’t have me sign all paperwork stated I’ll be there at 9 return to sign to sign of no one was there finally I was able to sign (3) another call about paperwork. The kicker because I couldn’t return that day was asked can I bring you the paperwork to sign . I had the car this time about a week. More
