I took my car in for service and Joe Dodd, my service manager, was professional and courteous throughout. My car was in the shop for approximately 12 days, but Joe kept me up to date on the progress and manager, was professional and courteous throughout. My car was in the shop for approximately 12 days, but Joe kept me up to date on the progress and the difficulty getting a part I needed. I truly appreciated that. He was apologetic and helpful because I was without transportation for that time. When my car was ready, he immediately called me and went over the charges with me. I am pleased with my service and thankful that on a prior visit, I renewed my car's warranty. More
