I’ve became a customer of auto nation union city since 2018 I was fortunate enough to trade my first Ford Focus which was a 5 speed but my knees started to bother me so I went to my sales person Lavaile a 2018 I was fortunate enough to trade my first Ford Focus which was a 5 speed but my knees started to bother me so I went to my sales person Lavaile and informed him of my issues and he starting working on it and I was able to receive my second focus both in 2018 then in 2019 I was able to upgrade to a 2019 escape they’ve always been extra nice very courteous to me James Briggs is still there and he always taken very good care of me as well excellent customer service skills thank you all so much! More

I didn't expect my parking brakes to be engaged, so my truck was shaking a lot until I noticed it and pulled the lever to release them. I hope no major damage was done to my truck as a result of this. I truck was shaking a lot until I noticed it and pulled the lever to release them. I hope no major damage was done to my truck as a result of this. I now know to check for brakes being engaged before pulling off next time. The service was really good since I had a scheduled oil change as a part of the VCP program. I was able to do some paperwork while I waited in the sitting room. I had a overall great experience this time. More
