Went in for a oil change with an appointment at 8:30. I arrived at 8:15, and I was still kept there for 2hrs and 45 minutes. James Briggs and Ken Bailey are the best. Diesel trucks are complicated to work on and if the tech doesn't know what he's doing, it can be a mess fast !
