I generally come in without an appointment, so I am prepared to wait 2-3 hours for oil change. Fair price and good salesman. The finance department works hard but communication is lacking between sales and service. This is the 2nd time I have had repairs done at this location. This time I had work done on my radiator, water pump , etc and noticed they also performed a cooling system flush. When I got my car bac location. This time I had work done on my radiator, water pump , etc and noticed they also performed a cooling system flush. When I got my car back, I was checking the oil the very next day and there was ZERO COOLANT! I immediately called and left a message for the service manager and explained the situation. I requested a refund for this portion of the service. I appreciate that he listened to what I had to say, apologized and was successful in obtaining a refund for this portion of the work. Yes, I would use them again and feel comfortable knowing my vehicle is in good hands and my business is valued. More
