The lack of communication by this department as a whole is absolutely mind numbing. I had to call multiple times to get simple answers. My vehicle was not ready when it was supposed to be and is still not is absolutely mind numbing. I had to call multiple times to get simple answers. service personnel do not listen to customers. I tried to get information on a couple of service bulletins and find out about the rearview camera and did not get any answers.
