Luis was my service writer when I installed the spoiler on my new Corvette. He set up my appointment, greeted me, took care of getting me a ride to work. Went in to get our suburban looked at. Because the locks were acting funny. After arriving was told it was $195 to diagnosis. This should have been said at time of booking the appointment. Was then told they were 1.5 hours behind at 10 am when I had my appointment. A little later they came back with the diagnosis. Said I needed a new battery (battery was 1 year old), a negative cable and a fuse block. All totaling around $1,000. I asked why if I was havijg a global electrical issue why only one system. Was having an issue. Couldn’t answer and told me it was a 75% chance fix. We obviously declined because things were not adding up. At home cleaned the battery terminals because they mentioned there was some corrosion. Issue has not come back. Why did they not clean the terminals as step 1. Not sure if they thought we were someone who would just blindly take a recommendation but needless to say we won’t be back. More
After 9 years I am so saddened and disappointed. Dorinda is AMAZING. A few weeks ago I went for an oil change. I moved to Apollo Beach 3 years ago and was still making the drive because of loyalty. Dorinda is AMAZING. A few weeks ago I went for an oil change. I moved to Apollo Beach 3 years ago and was still making the drive because of loyalty. Well after my oil change my car ran hot. There was no coolant. How? If they topped the fluids? I called and complained. Took it back in and was told I need to pay $1398 for a water pump and thermostat. My car NEVER leaked until the day that I took it back. I'm so sad and upset over this. My car had NO LEAKS. After bringing it back I now need water pump, thermostat and front brakes. WHY was that not suggested at the time of the oil change? There are NO repair or maintenance suggestions on my oil change receipt. Someone dropped the ball and my heart is broken. I bought my very first new car here in 2014 and have been coming back since. I miss the old service. More

Great experience from calling to set the appointment to leaving with the service completed. I called on a Monday and the woman (I didn’t catch her name) I set the appointment with was friendly and was abl leaving with the service completed. I called on a Monday and the woman (I didn’t catch her name) I set the appointment with was friendly and was able to get me the time I requested for the next morning. When I arrived, Ray was quick to greet me and ensured my vehicle would be ready in time for me to get to work. I appreciated his friendly approach to business and was happy when my car was ready sooner than expected. On my way out both Ray and Ernesto made sure no cars were blocking the lane my car was parked in so I could leave promptly. Very happy customer! :) More
