My husband and I had a terrible experience with the dealership. I actually had to pick up my vehicle to bring it to register Chevrolet to be properly fixed from the first encounter with Jason until the dealership. I actually had to pick up my vehicle to bring it to register Chevrolet to be properly fixed from the first encounter with Jason until the last he was obnoxious cocky and rude.I dropped my truck off and was told it would be ready next day. I could not reach anybody at the dealership for four days. On day five I got the update that basically nothing had been done. Day six after multiple days of fighting with the dealership I picked up my car and took it to another dealer. I spoke with Jason‘s manager. I believe his name was Nick. He was just as rude and called my husband a liar even after I asked Jason why he told his boss he didn’t say what he did. Jason stated. He told his boss he did say that. If you would like more details, I wouldn’t have no problem going into the nitty-gritty, however our overall experience was absolutely terrible, and I will never bring my vehicle back nor recommend anybody to this dealership to purchase a vehicle More
The customer service was not that great I felt I was a bother to my advisor and being up front and explaining things to me was only done because I asked and I called my car was there a few weeks ago and J bother to my advisor and being up front and explaining things to me was only done because I asked and I called my car was there a few weeks ago and Jason was not there and I had some one else in place of him and he was fantastic he called me walked me to my car when done went over what was done kept in contact and it was a very good experience this time Jason didn't even say anything to me when I picked my car up said sign here and handed me my key said my car is out front which I had to walk around about 5 min looking for it.. then I called up there after I left to ask for a report to see if my door had a tiny dent in it when I brought it back there and I'm assuming the receptionist relaid the message incorrectly because I was asking about it and just asking to see the report which was sent to me the next day but the inconvenience I felt getting my car fixed was terrible and again I wish I remember the gentleman's name I had the first time because Jason was out because he was great but my experience with Jason was not good and my car got the repairs I came for no complaints there it's literally the customer service just sucked over all and I will be asking for a different advisor More

Stingray from what I've experienced it's the best in service!! Lisa was awesome scheduling appt and Edgar was on to of it all!!! Your techs were on point with issues and looked beyond the issues!
