Mike took great care of us when we were shopping for a new Malibu LTZ. He was always polite and courteous and very patient with us. We appreciate that. Thanks to Stingray Chevrolet and Charles Olson for a great car-buying experience!!!! Charles is a great salesman and a super nice guy. I couldn't decide whether to buy a Malibu or a Cruze. My husband and I purchased a new 2011 Travese from your dealership. It was my first experience with this process due to the illness of my husband. We had been to several places to gather info, I was treate dealership. It was my first experience with this process due to the illness of my husband. We had been to several places to gather info, I was treated with disregard and disrepect, until I met Mike. He was very informative and took care to meet the needs we required for out new vehicle. He was courteous and friendly and answered all our questions without making us feel they were unimportant. He was very respectful of my husbands disablilty and answered all his questions, even though they were repeated several times. He walked me through the process and made my experienc of my "first car" fun. Thank you for the extra time and care you took with us.
