An absolute pleasurable experience at Stingray Chevrolet. Shannon Smith was very helpful and made the purchasing process very smooth and pain free. I explained to Shannon that we had recently purchased the 2010 Camaro but my son had a change of heart and decided he wanted a truck instead. I explained my needs to Shannon and my apprehension about losing money on the trade-in and at this point Shannon went to work and immediately started to look for and find a new 2011 Silverado 4 X 4 that would meet my financial parameters. Shannon found the exact truck that my son was looking for and then worked the numbers to meet our needs. Also, we met with the finance person, Michael Dennis whom we found to be very friendly and helpful as well. The entire experience from beginning to end was outstanding.
