Priced the car on line then asked for a quote over the phone the phone for a trade in. After getting the quote I stopped in the dealership and recieved an additional 2000 dollars for my trade. Left that day and come back a few days later and inspected the car before deciding to purchase it. Made a couple phone calls to Felix Waters and told him we would take the car. The next day all paperwork and finacing was in order when arriving at the dealer. spent an hour going over the car with felic and about 35 minutes on paperwork and we were out of there. We bought a new volt in august. Took it in because the blue tooth is unusable due to road noise blocking any conversation at 40 or above, simple problem should be a simple solution. Two days later, without a car, they are unable to fix it. They admit there is a problem, just can't fix it. Never received a phone call on the issue in two days, When I called the service advisor Debbie, she had left at noon without bothering to call. I was referred to the service manager, left a message for him to call back on the issue since he didn't answer, still have not heard from him. Horrible customer service. The car was cheap from them, just don't go there for service, they are very bad. going to go get my unrepaired car after two days and take it to someone that cares a bit and might fix the problem. My service manager Mike Miller told me about the new 427 Corvette Convertible. Mike has been my service manager for 6 years. He brought me to the showroom and showed me the car. After going away on business for a week, I inquired on pricing through USAA car buying services and received an e-mail from Dana Monn stating that Stingray Chevrolet had a car that met my request. While away on business, I got into an accident with a deer and decided it was time for a new car. When I dropped my 2007 Corvette off to the body shop, I told Mike Miller I wanted to look at the 427 Convertible. Mike brought me over to Shannon Smith. Shannon worked hard to get me a fair trade-in price for my 2007 Corvette and get me out the door with my new 427 Convertible. I have always received great service from Stingray Chevrolet and have sent many friends there for their car needs. More
I was in the market for a hard to find 2013 Camaro Convertible (Blue Ray Blue w/Black leather). I had been to several other Chevy dealers in the Tampa Bay area. I also looked on the internet to find Convertible (Blue Ray Blue w/Black leather). I had been to several other Chevy dealers in the Tampa Bay area. I also looked on the internet to find my dream car the only one I could find was in Miami. All dealers I went to did not want to deal with the dealer in Miami (I later found out why...Pain in the backside to deal with). They wanted to sale me a different model/color. I was tired of being harassed by dealers/sales/finance people. I was on my way home to give up and then heard a radio advertisement for Stingray Chevrolet in Plant City. Steve Hurley said "Relax...and enjoy the difference"...I wanted to see if this was really the case. I am so happy that I made the short drive. I first met Mr. Ronald Burger from used cars (because I went to the wrong place). He went back inside to find a New Car Salesman that knew the most about the car I was looking for and could help me the best. I was introduced to Mr. Alan Thompson he showed me what was on the lot. I did not see the car that I was looking for (just in case it was not on their website). I told him what I wanted he found it in the same place I had found earlier. Mr. Thompson was very knowledgeable about the Camaro, the different models and what features they had. I traded in two cars so lots of extra paperwork and we were able to work the deal fast and fair. Everything was ready to go just waiting on the Business Manager to get ALL the paperwork together. Then I was introduced to a gentlemen by the name of Mr. Michael Dennis. A very professional person this guy new his stuff. I had already worked what I thought was the best deal I could get with my mediocre credit. I was using my current Credit Union. He asked if I was happy with my current finance option or if he could attempt to get me one better. He was able to beat it by more than 2%. This allowed me to get the extra warranties and maintenance plans that I also wanted with little to no increase in payments. I want to say thank you to Alan and Mike for making the car buying experience enjoyable, fair, and fast. I love my car and could not be more happy with it. Looking forward to meeting the great people in service in the near future. More
They honored the national ads where Orlando Chevy dealers would not! Got my Volt on a lease more than 2800 dollars less than Orlando Chevy dealers. The Orlando dealers actually told me that the leasing company Ally prevented them from offering the national ads. Thus was not true as Stingray did it. There dealership was beautiful and very comfortable. There was not run around. They had a great selection and started at the price on Chevy.com. Out of curiosity I emailed many other dealers in central Florida and none offered anywhere close to the deal at Stingray. To buy a great car like the Volt, look on Chevy.com for the current deals. Copy it and send it to A bunch of dealers and ask the, of they will honor it. Few will even respond. Stingray will beat all the responses. Try it. You'll save thousands and get a great product. I contacted Stingray and Dana answered me back within an hour. I was originally looking for a 2012 2500HD, but after we looked all over the US there were no truck setup how I wanted them. Dana introduced me to Charles one of there sales managers who bent over backwards to assist me in ordering a 2013. He got every question I had answered even though a lot of the info on the 13's was not out yet at the time I wanted to order. Absolutely no sales pressure. He let me walk around and look at the 12's and drive what I wanted. He drove me all over that dealership (which is huge BTW) looking for a 1500 that was the color I was looking at for the 2500. All in all absolutely the best experience I have ever had at a dealership by far. More
