Joe did a wonderful job on my 2013 Malibu> It`s ECO LT1, I have had lot of trouble till Joe took control of it. The day I bought it I got has far as Lakeland and it went dead, About two week after this LT1, I have had lot of trouble till Joe took control of it. I was first brought into Stingray for service on my 2011 Equinox. Diane and Bj were excellent for my transactions in service. Both very friendly and concerned. I was then introduced to Sean Alderman. I am not one for car salesman. I usually ask a salesman not to follow me and I will ask for them if I need them. Sean Alderman is not the normal salesman. He listens to what his customers want. He is not "pushy" as we all know some salesman can be. He made the 5 hour wait ( as we all know car shopping takes a while) fun, informational, and exciting! I already send people to Stingray for any automotive needs and I will continue to do so as Stingray is different than any other dealership! Loved my experience there and everyone who was involved!!! I was given a same day appointent for a four wheel alignment on my 2011 Corvette. Within two hours of my arrival not only was the alignment done but the mechanic found a broken glove box latch that I alignment on my 2011 Corvette. Brian was a very polite, honest, (even with a last name of Crook) and so easy to work with...We had dealt with Mike Ward at a previous dealership and he was a great person as well. Louie Liburdi was a diamond in the rough, he was cordial, respectful to myself and my 88 yr old dad, and laughed and told some stories of the good old days while getting though some computer ussues along the way. Just a wonderful gentleman!!! I live in Riverview, and for some crazy reason I always gravitate towards Ferman Chevrolet in Brandon as in is close, however in the end I seem to always walk out in frustration as well as anger.
