A Waste of Time This dealer has all the tools on there web site and they either don't work or they don't use them. They have a button that says Shop, Click, Drive, Cr This dealer has all the tools on there web site and they either don't work or they don't use them. They have a button that says Shop, Click, Drive, Create your own deal. So I found the truck I wanted so I clicked the button. It valued my trade, asked me for credit information, interest rates and gives you a total. Then you fill out your appointment time to test drive the vehicle. Sounds good so far. Then Ryan call me to see what time I wanted to come in for the test ride. He said he didn't get all the information yet. So I tell him and he says great see you then. Then I go to the dealer for my appointment and it's with some other sales man that I have never heard of. He's tied up trying to sell someone else so I waited around 20 minuets for him to get done. Then we have him. I ask him if he knows what truck we are here to test drive and he says NO. I then give him the papers I printed to bring with me and he says hold on I'll be right back. He comes back and tells me all those special trucks had been sold with a list of what was available for me to look at. I asked him why nobody called me to let me know that the truck was sold.
