TERRIBLE SERVICE Made apt. For torque converter issue on my corvette stingray. Car did not get looked at for over a week. Upon pickup I noticed oil on BOTH seats. BOTH Made apt. For torque converter issue on my corvette stingray. Car did not get looked at for over a week. Upon pickup I noticed oil on BOTH seats. BOTH floor mats were saturated in oil as well. Completely unnaceptable. Asked SERVICE manager for new floor mats...his response was "let's clean them first"....what kind of chicken xxxx is that?! I then asked SERVICE manager, "how long will it take to clean floor mats? His response was "well sir I will need the car for several days" (are you kidding me). I also noticed a nice size paint chip on rt. Rear quarter pannel...SERVICE manager replied "will need car for several days" completely unacceptable. Let's rewind a little, when I dropped car off for torque converter issue, I purchased a 5 yr/60,000 mile extended warranty package through stingray ($2000). Needless to say I will never go back to stingray Chevrolet for ANYTHING ever again! More

oil change I recently purchased my car and was told the first couple of oils changes would be taken care of just make an appointment. So I had an appointment a couple of weeks in advance and I get there the I’m told there is like a 3 hour wait. I got the oil change but I could t get the full service which includes the tires rotated as I could not wait 3 to 4 hours on a sat morning. Had I known this information I could of had someone drop me off. The lack of information provided by yal is not helpful at all. More

Much better process My only concern with the service I had received in the past was the seemingly unorganized initial customer contact upon entering the service area. You were left to “grab an associate” as they walked by. It was uncomfortable as the associates had to deny your attempts as they were assisting someone else or performing some other task. This made me consider leaving a couple of times. During the past visit, however, I was greeted at the door, and the girl whom did so sought out a service member to assist me. I thought the approach was much more organized and customer friendly. The service I received after contact was great as always. More

Lack of detail! I went there for a oil change and tire rotation. All was fine until I got a few miles down the street and the tire pressure system came on. I went out I went there for a oil change and tire rotation. All was fine until I got a few miles down the street and the tire pressure system came on. I went out of my way to use this dealership for my free service. It was inconvienent for me to return so the following day I had it checked by another dealership and it was corrected. Overall I like the dealership but more attention needs to be made to ensure service is correct. More
