Starting with our first contact, Ashley Cason, who answered the phone and scheduled our appointment with George Roman. Shortly there after we received a phone call from the Business Manager, Eric Gerts, thanking us for selecting Stingray Chevy to look for a car and to let us know he was available if we had any problems. Then came our salesman, George Roman. He was genuinely interested in working with us to get the best deal on the vehicle we wanted. He was very friendly and helpful. When it came to signing the papers, Eric explained our options for an extended warrantee and answered all of our questions to our satisfactions. There was absolutely No Pressure from any of the people we worked with. They were all customer oriented and concerned about our needs and wants. The day after our purchase I talked with George and Ashley who followed up to see if everything was satisfactory with our purchase and reassure us they were there if we weren't. I would highly recommend Stingray Chevrolet and in particular the three people I mentioned above. When it comes time for my next car I'll be looking for George Roman in particular as my salesman. Just look at that dealership. You have to rip-off a lot of people to have a dealership that big. Do your homework before you deal with them they are HUGE crooks! So I went to Castriota a dealer in Hudson. They beat there deal by $3000 on a brand new Chevy Equinox. More

She was always very courteous and helped me get the process started in order to buy my dream car. Once I arrived at the dealership, David Johnson treated me with the upmost professionalism and respect. He did not play any games and made sure my buying experience was as smooth as possible. Finally, Eric Gerts made the financing portion as quick and efficient as possible so we thank him for that. Overall, this dealership is hands down the best! More
Worse Service Department This has to be the worst service department out all dealers!!!! Car had about 4,800 miles and had to take it to them due to bad alignment, vibration This has to be the worst service department out all dealers!!!! Car had about 4,800 miles and had to take it to them due to bad alignment, vibration while braking (above 45 mph ) and sound coming from the front on the car. Left if for 4 days and they call to inform that car had a nail on one of the tires, told them ok to go ahead and patch it and asked if they had any luck finding the issues and told me that they needed more time to find what was written and told them ok. Never got a call back telling that the car was ready for pick up, so I drove there (45 min away) to find out that their so called TECH couldn’t replicated any of the symptoms. How in xxxx you cant replicated a sound and vibration that everyone that sits on my car can hear and feel. So, I decided to take the car (2018 corvette z06 ) home that day. Couple weeks passed and car got worse, so there again I was driving back to the dealership, but this time decided to speak with the service manager (Justin ) and explained my situation and he told me that more likely the brake rotors needed change. 4 days passed and called back an a lady on the service department answered my call, I polite asked her what was the status of my car but informed me that only the advisor that helped was able to see or tell me that was going on, and by the way he is off today (friday) until monday, so you have to wait until he comes back. Car is still on their hands and hopefully Justin comes back, so I can find out what is wrong with my car. FYI—-this is not expressing how bad they treated, disrespect and miss informed me all along. Also, they so called TECH smoked inside my car and had to get it detailed next day due to the fact that my wife is extremely allergic. WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT HIRES BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS. More

I realize a contract is a contract, but I also had a measure of trust that a large business would do business with the utmost integrity; I didn't scrutinize the number well enough, and was sidetracked with the extended warranty numbers. When I discovered that there was no discount, my thought was that they'd made a mistake, so I called Sean, who seemed apologetic, and asked what they could do to make me happy. I asked for a refund for the difference, which he said he would have to clear with the manager. But after several days of having calls and emails ignored, Mr. Whaley finally called me, but didn't even acknowledge that there was a $22,717 offer. I also emailed Mr. Hurly, but it was returned undeliverable. At this point I knew it was no mistake. So of course I will never return for service; I will never buy another GM product, and I do share this experience. So in the long run, I hope the $2,183 was worth it to them. In fact, I will not have this truck serviced by Chevrolet unless there's a warranty issue--and it won't be serviced by Stingray. Buyer be very, very aware and do not be too trusting that a business whose commercial jingle tells to "relax, enjoy the difference" will conduct business with integrity, no matter how trusting, friendly and honest they may seem. Fantastic Experience No pressure, reasonable, accommodating and willing to negotiate. I’m completely satisfied with my purchase and the agreed upon terms/rates. David John No pressure, reasonable, accommodating and willing to negotiate. I’m completely satisfied with my purchase and the agreed upon terms/rates. David Johnson was a total professional and gave me space while I shopped. He answered every question and at no time did I feel like he was breathing down my neck. Stingray Chevrolet from top to bottom was on point. It was a pleasant experience and they flipped a lifelong Ford guy. I’d 100% recommend this dealership. Based on my experience with other dealerships during the car buying process; you’d be doing yourself a disservice by not giving them a shot. Eric in finance and their General Manager (John Whaley) were excellent as well. Jack (Tech) explained the gadgets in the vehicle. He was awesome and I appreciated his expertise. Shannon was my first point of contact and communicated very well. I was supposed to meet with Paul, however, he got tied up and explained the situation. At no point did I feel put off. He was taking care of a return customer and I appreciated that. It showed me their level of commitment to their customers. Now that I can officially say I’m a Stingray Chevy guy, I know I can expect the same kind of service when I buy from them again. If you think you can beat that, I’d say good luck. Save yourself some time and call them first if you are in the market for a vehicle. More
