Poor Service Appointment for oil change was at 9: 15 A.M. I waited 1 and 1/2 hours to be seen. When I had questions, he was knowledgeable and able to answer them without a lot of superfluous information. I ended up choosing the 2018 Chevy Tahoe with the third row seat, 2nd row captains chairs and all leather interior. The deal took about an hour and a half and I drove out of the dealership pleased with the trade in value of my other car too. More
