Not happy I made an appointment for 11:30 for oil change and tire rotation. During the test drive of my pre-owned certified vehicle, I realized that the driver's seat back would not tilt forward. Brandon assured me that they would have it fixed and asked what my earliest convenience would be so he could make an appointment for me. I explained that I typically work 6 days a week and Brandon immediately offered a loaner car so that I would not have to miss any work. My only complaint throughout this process in the purchase of my certified 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500, was that Brandon gave me a 2018 fully loaded Silverado crew cab as a loaner. Now I know exactly what I am missing, Lol. Thank you for a great experience. More
