My sales associate Mario hadn’t been in sales very long, however, he was very knowledgeable and determined with helping me get the best deal possible. That last statement may not be accurate but he did an amazing job helping me feel that way. At the end of his pitch, he said, “if we didn’t meet your expectations, it was my pleasure working with you.” They met my expectations and when it’s time for me to purchase a new car, I will go see Mario. Before seeing Mario, I expressed interest online and within minutes, Ashley called me. She was very polite and also very knowledgeable! She gave me information that I was able to use with Mario. She was the reason why I decided to go in that day instead of a few days later. A lot could happen in a few days. I may have decided I didn’t need a new car. When I signed my life away, the gentleman was also very easy going! I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name. It’s not because he wasn’t memorable. I had an instant connection with him because he was a fellow Michigander. I felt completely comfortable with him unlike past experiences. He made me feel that he was working to get me the best deal possible. As a teacher, every dollar counts. So many teachers I work with suggested I go to Stingray! I see why. I am a Chevy girl and as long as I am in Florida, Stingray will be my dealership. More

From the start we kept in contact with Shannon for questions and Shane was our salesman whenever we visited the lot (several times). This had been an oncoming adventure for weeks before I could decide on which vehicle I wanted. Both Shannon and Shane were very patient and were happy to answer any and all questions when needed. I finally decided to purchase last Monday and Shane was so helpful in finding the exact vehicle I wanted and made sure to find me incentives to help save me money. This was the first time I had ever purchased new, when I got back to financials Justin made sure to explain everything clearly for me so I had full understanding of my warranty and interests rates. I really felt comfortable that Justin was helping me get the best rate He could. By the time everything was done so I could drive off the lot it was about 10:30 pm, Shane and Justin both still had smiling faces and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured the entire time.
