Even if you have an appointment Ferman it is going to take an hour or more just to get your car.Stingray got me in right away and I was back home. My service advisor Bill Sutton was very professional. Everyone one greeted me with a smile. They directed me to the waiting area and got me a free bottled water. They had a customer representative in the waiting area seeing that everything was good. At Ferman no one talks to you and they are too busy to take care of you. They have gained a new customer. I will be buying my next Chevrolet from Stingray. More

Satisfactory The service was satisfactory. You be the judge. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation . I showed up at 12:15. When checking in, The service was satisfactory. You be the judge. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation . I showed up at 12:15. When checking in, I was told it would take 1.5 hours. The had me out at 12:43. That was the quickest oil change and tire rotation. It left me wondering if they really did everything or if they were just in a rush to get me out because it was Saturday. Also, at my old Chevy dealership in Lakeland, I always received a complimentary wash and vacuum after an oil change. I didn’t receive one from Stingray, so I was a little disappointed. More
