Service advisor needs better training. He had initially told me the work would be warranted and it wasn't. He then told me my rental would qualify for reimbursement which eased me since th He had initially told me the work would be warranted and it wasn't. He then told me my rental would qualify for reimbursement which eased me since there was such a delay in getting my car back. I had picked up my car and heard a noise so I had to return back. It took a few days to try and find the noise which they claimed they could not hear. When I came back again I drove it around with another person from the office and immediately heard the noise again which had changed due to things being loose from the repair. Very unimpressed. The advisor did not seem to want to take things into his hands to ensure a noise was heard, repair was addressed and fixed in a timely manner. I was calm and professional with him because I know his job is difficult with people's behavior. The fact that he was willing to lie to me to please me at the moment is unacceptable. I certainly would have gotten stern with him though knowing how many extra days the car was at the shop unnecessarily when I was having to pay out of pocket for that rental. More
