Online agent (Justin I think) did not honor his word. Inside agent (Jose) was great. I leased an EV and was told that they would install an outlet on my to plug it into. Then they said they couldn’t anymore, that promotion was last month. They wouldn’t offer anything in return so I insisted for one month off the lease expecting that to cover the install. I was wrong and still had to pay out of pocket for something they offered. More

I had my Tahoe serviced and tires rotated but they didn't even check the tire pressure. I sent them a email asking was that included in the service. But as of today they haven't responded.
