Brought car Monday morn 8am in for Oil leak from Oil cooler. ( $ 1500.00 was the cost but Ray did get it down to $ 1329.00. After 4 hours there they drove me home. Late day call says " We put all new pa cooler. ( $ 1500.00 was the cost but Ray did get it down to $ 1329.00. After 4 hours there they drove me home. Late day call says " We put all new parts in and still leaked. Have to hold until tomorrow afternoon". I had to rent a car due to appointments during day. Got late afternoon call saying " Looks like fixed but need to keep to make sure". FINALLY, Wed afternoon i was able to pick up with " All set, no more leak". Had drops THUR MORN, FRI MORN, SUN MORN, MON MORN. Kept in touch and told me to bring back Monday morning. NOW, surprisingly a " NEW " leak In the Valve Cover gasket. { $ 828.00 ). When i puzzledly asked How does another leak just come up after car there 3 1/2 days was told " Happens all the time". Now been 5 hours since i called ( had to leave message with Service manager lol, even know he stopped and heard bit of the conversation i had with service tech ) to ask for a more detailed understanding. BTW, 1MONTH past 5yr BUT 6,000 miles Before the power train warranty. Would not help at all with coverage. THANKS GM for asking us to buy American. More
