I wanted a replacement for my 9 year old SUV so I called the dealership and made an appointment to test drive a car I'd seen online. Went for a nice long drive and kept waiting for the sales pitch and pressure, but it never came. Denise addressed all my important criteria, showed me some cool features of the car and then made me a very fair offer. I felt like I needed to see another car at a different dealership and Denise understood that perfectly. I took her card and had an appointment to see the other car but then changed my mind and decided I wanted the one I had driven. I sent an email to make another appointment with Denise and was driving home in my new car about 2 hours later. (It would have been quicker, but we took it for another spin.) I sort of wish I needed another car so I could do it all again. More
