The inventory of CPOs and new Volvos was incredible (and seemingly unending.) and the staff, from Reception to Service, is friendly and helpful. Our salesperson, David, was the finishing touch with his knowledgeable, attentive, and positive approach to our 'shopping'--it was like car shopping with a long-time friend. He wasn't satisfied until we found the make, color, model and amenities that we were hoping to find in our new car. The inventory is what brought us, David is what kept us. Stillman isn't close to us at all, but we plan to keep making that drive for all of our car needs. More

Terrific Deal on a Terrific Day We just bought our fourth Volvo; it was the second one bought at Stillman Volvo. The others were bought in Florida and Tennessee. I showed up unannounced at the showroom wanting to kick some tires on the XC60. David Parry was kind enough to show what he had in stock and following a test drive a few days later, we talked numbers. I felt that David was always on my side in reaching a purchase price. He was fair and focused on seeing me leave in this car. He was also exceptionally patient explaining both the hardware and software of the vehicle's equipment to both myself and my wife. I think someone at Stillman wrote the book. "How To Treat A Customer Right" because they always do. I have used Stillman's Service Department for the past 11 years. All their technicians are fluent in "Volvoese"; they always take the time to explain the most cost effective solution to a problem. I have been a customer in service departments from Arizona to New Hampshire and none of them could come close to reaching Stillman's method of customer satisfaction. Senor Jim More
