Many good folks there -- Ted, Brad, Robert out front; Paul, Greg, Scott, Mike (perhaps the best) in service. But yesterday's trade of my 2014 S60 on a 2017 S60 may be the best "car sales experience" ever -- Denise is outstanding. Committed, concerned, unflappable with all my "what if we do it this way..." questions, exceptionally knowledgeable about the details of the car and the process, determined to make it happen, fast-paced and focused. I knew the Stillman's when i was younger but haven't really seen them in years.. Jon and Ed really went out of their way to greet me and see how I've been.
