He was responsive and worked hard to find the car we wanted and even harder to get us the number we were looking for on our trade in. He was knowledgeable about the car and his enthusiasm was infectious. He also took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for. It was such a pleasure to deal with someone who was low key and friendly. I am loving my XC-90, and the fact that David made it such a great buying experience makes it even better. I knew the Stillman's when i was younger but haven't really seen them in years.. Jon and Ed really went out of their way to greet me and see how I've been. But yesterday's trade of my 2014 S60 on a 2017 S60 may be the best "car sales experience" ever -- Denise is outstanding. Committed, concerned, unflappable with all my "what if we do it this way..." questions, exceptionally knowledgeable about the details of the car and the process, determined to make it happen, fast-paced and focused.
