Great buying experience with Art at Stevinson Toyota East. I purchased a new Toyota Highlander this last weekend at Stevinson Toyota using the Costco buying program. I have used the program in the past but did I purchased a new Toyota Highlander this last weekend at Stevinson Toyota using the Costco buying program. I have used the program in the past but did not have the best experience with the salesman at another dealership. This time Stevinson responded quickly to my inquiry and Art Makarov send me an email asking to help. He then provided me with a bottom line figure that was much better than 2 other dealers I had checked with. When I met with Art he showed me all my options and discussed the features of the Highlander. When I decided to buy, he facilitated the process in a pleasant customer service fashion. I was able to settle the financial details with the finance office in a surprisingly quick way. I picked up the car today and Art walked me and my wife through all the details. He also helped us with a technical issue with our other Toyota car that the previous salesman at the other dealership didn't understand. I will gladly return to Stevinson in the future with this especially excellent customer service. More

Just 2 days ago I had a bad experience at Stevinson West. (Had a car picked out, gently used, ready to buy, unfortunately at some point in its history it had a flat tire - and was patched. The manager would not work with me at all to credit towards a replacement tire, so left unhappy. Who sells a car for 33K w a patch on the tire!?) Just sayin’ Anyway, almost did not contact Stevinson EAST, but thought I’d check the inventory when amazing Allison answered the phone, am purchasing my Highlander tonight, if it wasn’t for Allison I would never have dealt with Stevinson Toyota again.
