Sharon Hoppel was great I made a 7am appointment for warranty work about 2 weeks ago. I called the day before the appointment (yesterday) to confirm and was told they didn't I made a 7am appointment for warranty work about 2 weeks ago. I called the day before the appointment (yesterday) to confirm and was told they didn't have an appointment for me. I had taken the day off work to drive over to Stevenson and was pretty frustrated that they didn't have a slot for me but said I could bring it in at 845. I showed up at 7 with little hope that I could get the truck in early and get it out before noon so I could continue running errands. As soon as I started explaining my issue to Sharon she interrupted me with "no problem." And she said they'd get me in. She processed my car and I asked if it possibly could be done by 11 and she said it might be noon. To my delight she called about 11 to say my truck was ready. Everyone was very friendly. The staff was accommodating. And even Stevensons made the scheduling error, they took no extra time out of my day and made the whole process very smooth. I don't often use the dealer now since I have an older truck, but I am happy to say today's service exceeded the generally very good service I normally receive from Stevenson. More
