Buying a used car Being in the market for a used car I went to Stevenson Toyota East because they had a car I was interested in. Talked to the salesman and then we went Being in the market for a used car I went to Stevenson Toyota East because they had a car I was interested in. Talked to the salesman and then we went on a test drive. Stopped and picked up my wife and after a short drive we headed back to the dealership to make a deal. Pulled up to the front door and the first thing I heard after getting out of the car was "this car has been sold" The salesman I was dealing with went inside to confirm what we were told and sure enough, the car was sold while I was test driving it. Was told later that a gentleman that had test driven this car earlier in the day came back in and purchased the car. First off I really don't think the dealer should have taken his money while I was in the process of buying the same vehicle. If the other gentleman wanted the car he should have either completed the deal when he was there earlier in the day. If Stevenson was willing to close the deal with him they should have waited until I declined the deal. I realize that what this dealer did was in no way illegal but I have to say that I believe it was as extremely unethical. More

Purchase and customer service I wanted to write Susan on her great customer service, I had been going back and forth on which truck I wanted to by. ( Toyota Tacoma or Chevy Colorad I wanted to write Susan on her great customer service, I had been going back and forth on which truck I wanted to by. ( Toyota Tacoma or Chevy Colorado) after calling a few dealer ships and getting pressure to come in I felt disappointed. But once I spoke with Susan I knew my mind was made up on a place to go into, she was such a breath of fresh air, not one ounce of pressure to purchase or lack in my best interest. She answered all of my questions and made it personal which is great for me and my family. I’m glad I made the decision to get the Toyota and just as important find a sales lady as great as her.
