In most cases, I would say buyers are frustrated by the time they leave not because they didn't purchase a car but more the length of time you spend there. Yes, it took awhile, but time flies when you're working with the right person. You find yourself enjoying your time because of the experience you have. This was the case with Manny Manzania. He was the first to greet my sister and me. At first, I was a little skeptical but Manny's personality won me over. His sense of humor kept me engaged. I think the best part of the whole process was when Manny, in his clincher style came through with the vehicle and the options that I wanted at the price I wanted. It felt like the last 7 seconds of a football game, game tied, where everything goes in slow motion and he throws a pass and the receiver catches it in the end zone. The crowd goes wild! Well, I went wild. My first experience with leasing a Toyota a few years ago was quick and painless. Awesome! My second experience 6 months ago with attempting to lease another Toyota went horribly (we won't name this other dealership). Ugh! I felt as if I was at a used car dealership.
