My wife and decided to pruchase a car for our business and ventured out to the closest dealerships possible, having three cars in mind: Toyota Camry, Toyota Corolla, and Honda Accord. We came to Stevinson first and met Buzz first while walking up to the front doors (I personally like to approach the salesperson). Buzz greated us kindly and we told him what we were interested in. He made mental notes and described the different vehicles that were on the lot. We drove a new Camry Hybrid and loved it and the price! But, we decided to look at some other cars on the lot and the dealership had a used Certified Camry Hybrid. Buzz mentioned to us that it was a great deal! We drove the used Camry Hybrid and loved it more than the new (mainly for the color and the price). However, we told Buzz that we wanted to drive a Honday Accord and he said sure, not a problem. Let me know if you need anything else (NO PRESSURE!). We journeyed over to a Honda Dealership, that shall remain nameless, and had the worst service I have ever had! They were not willing to move off the price one dollar! I said politely, thank you, and we journeyed back over to Stevinson. We closed the deal that afternoon, signed the paperwork and drove away! I usually buy luxury cars, but for our business, we will continue to buy from Buzz at Stevinson. K.B. in the finanace department was great aw well. He explained every item in its entirety and we look forward to working with both of these men again! More

They may not have the largest selection in the area, but they'll certainly get you a great deal on the vehicles they have on stock. We deal with alot of parts departments, and there is absolutely no comparison to the service that business with Stevinson Toyota Parts for 20 years. Bob Himelsteib could teach all parts departments how to properly and courteously serve customers. Every parts person( Larry, Katie,Kevin, Troy, Bobby) is friendly and knowledgeable. The drivers for the parts departement are also the greatest, they genuinely care and are a direct reflection of a well organized, efficient, team atmosphere that has been created. More

I always feel as though Ayad at Stevenson Toyata East cares about me as a person and always takes care of my car service needs. He is not pushy, but explains my service needs clearly and gives me options as to how to best take care of any issues with my vehicle. I especially appreciated a past sevice visit when I had multiple things that needed to be taken care of, and Ayad prioritized the services needing to be taken care of on my car. He gave me a prioritized service schedule over a given time period to help me have the service work done in 3 different time frames to help minimize my out of pocket costs all at one time! More
