The first two times i went in to visit Toyota stevenson east, i was pressured into buying a car. I was reluctant to do business with them because of this type of service. Tim didn't even let me get a test east, i was pressured into buying a car. I was reluctant to do business with them because of this type of service. Tim didn't even let me get a test drive on the car i was interested in. Instead questioned my if i were going to buy a car or not. Came in for the second time, and worked with Alex. The only good thing he did for me was allow me to test drive the car. After i did the test drive and asked questions, He immediately asked me to fill out paperwork and ask if i wanted my credit ran. I had questions and was still looking on either buying new or used. Alex refused i go used and kept giving me excuses. Honestly, this guy just wanted me to buy a car. Bad service on Alex's behalf. Don't know how this guy is a bronze salesman. Must be from the pressure he gives customers, and in turn they cave in. I called in one day to see if they would be able to match a competitor's price. Luckily i called in and received Nelson Im for service. He has been good to my wife and I throughout the process on buying the car. Was able to get the price match from his manager.Once i arrived at the location, nelson was able to give me the customer service my wife and I expected from the very beginning. I have been happy to do business with Nelson Im and i would refer new and old customers for him to help get the sale done for you. Good Job Nelson on the kind service you were able to give me, and bad job for Tim from internet sales and Alex Asiaw for the poor service they have given me. More
All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and bent over backwards to ensure that I was comfortable with this sale. The price was outstanding (shopped all the Toyota dealers in Denver area), and Nelson Im, backwards to ensure that I was comfortable with this sale. In addition, they had the largest selection of the vehicle I was interested in (new Tacoma) on their lot, and the offer for my trade-in was quite fair. I would recommend this dealership without reservation to anyone interested in buying a car from a dealer. More

Going to a dealership to purchase a vehicle has never been a fun task...for some, it puts a pit in your stomach because you'll know you'll spend hours and hours going back and forth negotiating your pric been a fun task...for some, it puts a pit in your stomach because you'll know you'll spend hours and hours going back and forth negotiating your price. In most cases, I would say buyers are frustrated by the time they leave not because they didn't purchase a car but more the length of time you spend there. Yes, it took awhile, but time flies when you're working with the right person. You find yourself enjoying your time because of the experience you have. This was the case with Manny Manzania. He was the first to greet my sister and me. At first, I was a little skeptical but Manny's personality won me over. His sense of humor kept me engaged. I think the best part of the whole process was when Manny, in his clincher style came through with the vehicle and the options that I wanted at the price I wanted. It felt like the last 7 seconds of a football game, game tied, where everything goes in slow motion and he throws a pass and the receiver catches it in the end zone. The crowd goes wild! Well, I went wild. My first experience with leasing a Toyota a few years ago was quick and painless. Awesome! My second experience 6 months ago with attempting to lease another Toyota went horribly (we won't name this other dealership). Ugh! I felt as if I was at a used car dealership. I almost gave up on buying/leasing another Toyota. Manny put my faith back in the service and reputation that Toyota is known for. Stevinson Toyota East has been great to me. I took my car there 4 months ago to have it serviced and had a good experience. So I thought I would try their sales department. I was not disappointed. I now have 2 Toyotas and love them both! Awesome! More
