I gave Mark a good review because from the moment my wife and I walked in we didn't know anyone or what do really do. But Mark was very friendly from the start and took very good care of us. I came from Arizona to purchase a brand new RAV4. I was accompanied by my mother to Stevinson's Toyota Aurora, Colorado. This is when I met Raj. He was friendly and helpful. Prior to the visit I informed Raj of my vehicle of choice. Before we began our test drive Raj told me to walk toward the front doors of the dealership. There were two Rav4s parked, one was blue the other white. He asked me to choose one of them. I chose the white. Raj asked me to walk in front of the car, I did. There was an orange reserved sign with my name on it. I was impressed. Not a moment later he put me behind the wheel. I was sold by the end of the test drive. My mother and I were so impressed by Raj service. I recommend him and the dealership to future Toyota customers. More
I bought 2011 Trail Edition in shoreline blue which is not availbale in my State of California. After getting the run around here in California i decided to find one out of state. I was told by local dealers that the color didn't exist, hard to find, or had to be ordered.Well I searched out of state and found just one in the Western half of the state US. Buying it over rhe phone was as easier than buying it in person. In would do it again. More
I was certain that a Toyota truck was in my near future but I had not determined when and where to buy. After visiting multiple dealerships in the Denver vicinity, I opted to start my "official" process c but I had not determined when and where to buy. After visiting multiple dealerships in the Denver vicinity, I opted to start my "official" process closer to home with Stevinson Toyota East. I was a bit hesitant to start because of my past experiences purchasing vehicles and I wasn't looking forward to the expected hovering, pressure, and haggling that generally comes with the process. However, I was quite impressed with Stevinson's easy going approach and I felt very comfortable visiting 4 different times and working with different associates, each time having honest discussion and walking away with no pressure and no forced follow up. When I was finally ready to buy, the process was very professional and low pressure. I drove home feeling like I received a great deal and I will certainly be comfortable to work with Stevinson Toyota East again for any requirements for future service or parts. More
I was considering using an autobuying program and 3 other dealers had given me a price quote on a 2011 RAV4. While the price was very good the price for my Corolla trade-in was very low I felt. They were also very high-pressured when they contacted me. Then Raj contacted me by e-mail and was interested in my trade-in and had the RAV4 I was looking for. When I arrived, Raj greeted me right away. He really listened to me when we negotiated the trade-in value for my Corolla and I feel he did the best that he could on the price. No pressure at all to buy. The experience (including the finance person I worked with) was very good. I bought my Corolla from Stevinson East and have brought it in for service over the years and the Service Department is excellent. Im so glad I went back to Stevinson to get my new car because I know I will always get courteous, prompt service. Raj is a great sales person with a wonderful personality. More
Mark was very helpful, from the moment we pulled up to the dealership. We were not certain we wanted to buy, but he worked to get us the deal we had to have on a car we wanted. It is unknown what transpired behind the scenes, but the cost of the car we wanted did come down to a total sum that we could afford. Sean was dogged in his efforts and his communication with the customer was exemplary. Due to an injury to his eye caused by his 8 month old Daughter, Sean had to leave the Dealership to care for his eye and turned us over to Mark Archambault. Mark was every bit as good Sean. Mark also exhibited outstanding interpersonal communication skills. He went so far as to address our 4 year son like a person and in a manner that only a quality Grandfather can. Our son was invited to play on a "Thomas the Train" internet game site on Mark's PC while we conducted business. Mark was professional, very human and unbelievably refreshing. I could write an entire paragraph voicing accolades about Mark. Another Salesperson whose name I didn't catch offered our son a corndog. K. Yardanbar finalized our deal and was again very personable. The entire experience of purchasing this car was surprising and pleasant. Based on today's events I will look at Stevinson East and Scion first for every future automobile purchase. More

This is the second Toyota I have purchased from Stevinson and Raj. I came from Wyoming to have my RAV4 serviced. I went to say hello to Raj and he put me behind the wheel of my dream car. I was sold by the end of the test drive. The dealership worked with me to finance it and I drove home with a new car. Raj and Stevinson have shown me why I will never drive anything but a Toyota. From sales to service they will always take care of me and my car. More
