I gave Mark a perfect review for several reasons. Me and my wife ordered a new 2012 Camry that arrived on time and exactly what we wanted. When I arrived at the dealership Mark was very professional and helpful. He answered any and all the questions that I had. The process from start to finish took about 1 hour which was an A+. Everyone at the dealership provided excellent customer service from start to finish. When it came to sign the paper work that was about 5min process with no surprises. I would have to say the price that I purchased this car for was a steal, I also feel I received a fair price on the trade considering my wife's car was not in the best shape. This was my first car buying experience on my own. Mark was wonderful. Nice, knowledgeable and very friendly. Worked with me to get a great car at a good price. He immediately found it and literally 3 days later I purchased it. He worked with me to get a great price and to get all the fancy-extras I wanted. He showed me all the little tricks of the car, which was super helpful. The coolest part was the rental car. I was in a rental car when I went to buy my car. Mark helped me get my stuff from the rental to the new car. And he took the key and arranged to have the rental car picked up for me so I didn't have to worry about it. THat's above AND beyond. I would not only recommend others buy a car from this dealer but I plan to buy my additional or supplemental cars from him. More

I received an email re Toyotathon. My wife and I had occasionally discussed trading in our five year old Camry, so I placed a call and was transferred to Tim Petro in sales. Tim was professional, asked a few questions about what I was looking for and made me laugh in response to my timidness to buy. He arranged to meet me the same day and showed me several vehicles in spite of an ongoing snow storm. He wasn't pushy and courteously agreed to meet again in 2 days. We again test drove the vehicle which I was most interested in. That drive and Tim's easy manner and product knowledge sold me on the Camry XLE. Follow up with the negotiation process was smoother than expected. I gave, sales gave and I became a new owner upon meeting with Jim Miller in finance. Jim arranged an even better rate with my current credit union which delighted me. He quickly gained my trust and we added a few amenities to the deal. The experience along with the comfortable maintenance area and expectations of continuing support, exceeded previous car buying experiences. I look forward to stopping in to say hi when I bring my Camry in for routine maintenance. In summery, my wife and I obtained a new vehicle with features we will enjoy and with an affordable payment. I went into this dealership looking to start a lease on a base model RAV4. Raj was very attentive and answered all of our questions.
