He even let us "test drive" the vehicle to pick my daughter up from school. Then we stopped and got lunch for the kids, sat in the vehicle while our baby slept and he ran back and forth to complete the paperwork....wow...thanks Mark! When we got to Jim's office to complete the financial documents he was very prepared and again...it was smooth and easy. We were able to negotiate adding tint to the windows of our vehicle. The company that Toyota uses is called Rocky Mountain Window Tint. The owner is a lady by the name of Rosanna. She came out to our house to install the tint, which was very convenient for us because like I said before we have two very small children. She was very personable and did a fabulous job explaining the options to us and with the install itself. Within two hours she was done and we were able to proceed with our day as we normally would. From start to finish this was a very pleasurable purchasing experience. We never felt pressured, no one had a problem with the fact that our small kids were with us, everyone was very nice, and we got the vehicle that we wanted for the price that we wanted. I brought my 07 RAV4 in for routine service on Tuesday 10/11/11. That night I reeived a call from an "auto finder" type of person. She asked if I would just come in and see what the dealer could do. I went in to see what it was all about and because I had bought my 07 at Stevinson. I met Jeff Stevens who was very professional and not pushy. He answered all my questions about why they were so interested in my current RAV4. He really listened to why I was reluctant to consider the deal and answered each issue. He showed me 2 possible 2011 RAV4s and ran the numbers in all possible deals. The deal we ended with was too good to pass up. I felt like I was getting a new car with an upgrade for very little . We discussed all the Pros and Cons of the transaction. Mr. Stevens was clear and knowledgable in all his explainations. He helped me transfer all my personal items from the old car to the new. He then introduced me to Mr.Yazdanfar the finance individual. Mr. Yazdanfar was very pleasent and professional. He even ran the numbers to save me more in payments. Both gentleman included insentives in the package that made the offer fantastic. I gave up a very reliable car to get a new version of the RAV4 at a very very good price. I couldn't be more pleased. Every one at Stevinson Yoyota East has been great to work with. More

It took me 5 Toyota dealerships to find Mark at Stevinson's. If I buy another Toyota it will be from him. After we exhausted him with questions did he present what we found to be the perfect truck for our family, dog and all. It was dead center of our budget. And as for pushing us to buy, there was no need. He found what we wanted in our budget and simply showed us how easy car buying could be done. And quick too. we were home in a couple hours.
