Raj was willing to work with me over the phone, as I was unable to get to the dealership right away. He was courteous, prompt with his responses and fair. When I arrived at the dealership Raj was first person I saw and I am so glad he was. He has a fantastic personality, is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and down to earth. Overall I had good experience at Toyota Stevinson East. Mr. Archambault and K.B. were really friendly and they tried to help me get my car even though Toyota is not my fav and the one I desired! Our initial visit was to price a car for a future buy. Mr. Jeff Stevens greeted us with a smile and was very courteous, friendly and patient. Jeff took the time to explain all of the details of the purchase and came up with purchase plan that was within our budget and agreeable with the management staff at Stevison Toyota. Jeff was knowledgeable about the products we were considering (Camry or Avalon). Jeff took the time to locate a Camry in the color, year and style that we wanted and explained how delivery would work as the product was not currently in stock (2012 model). We were looking to get a camry as we felt it to be the better fit for our budget, but really liked the Avalon. Jeff worked a plan for us which we had never considered, that would put the Avalon within our budget. Once the purchase was completed Jeff took the extra time to sit with us and go over all of the features of the vehicle. Finally, before we left he invited us to attend the new owners dinner which was also very helpful in helping us to understand the proper care and maintenance of our new vehicle. His customer service skills are ourstanding and I would recommend his services to other patrons of Stevison Toyota. More

I was first excited at buying my newest new toy, I was I was first excited at buying my newest new toy, I was then beside myself with the above and beyond that I never expected. I'm not sure if it is the entire dealership or just Mr. Archambault. I have purchased my share of cars at this age and I've never referred an individual car salesman and/or a specific dealership in all that time. I understand the drive to earn a living selling vehicles and I honestly believe he would have picked me up from my home and taken me to the grocery had I asked. He put me in just a great car, he made it my sole decision (we should all know the ones that don't:)as well basically becoming my friend, teaching me (on his time) all the new buttons and stuff =D I had to make sure that I gave credit where it is due. I sincerely hope this helps more of us weed out the best from the best. Personally, after being mislead so many times in my prior car buying experiences, I'm still grateful and happy to be wrong this time, considering I truly enjoyed my experience with Mark. Hope he doesn't go anywhere for a long time. I had to say 'long time' as my new car is not only Great, Fantastic, & nice to look at...gas, awesome! Plan on having it a while but the 5-star service from my salesmen Mark and dealership as well. If I don't need a new car soon I'm telling ya you have to go see Mark and all the greatness at Stevenson Toyota Scion East. Especially before the wrong car salesman leaves that same bad taste in your mouth too. I know it's cheesy and I sound like I work there almost but seriously, it was that awesome guys!
