This our 3rd Toyota 4-runner in just over 20 years. We also bought our last 4-runner from Stevinson East. The salesman (Chris Koppers) and the finance officer (Tony Williams) were both friendly (without overdoing it), knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to arrange the add-ons (rear camera & heated seats) several days BEFORE their estimate. We spent less than 3 hours picking out the car, going for a test drive, haggling a bit over the worth of our trade-in, and filling out the required paperwork - very efficient and a nice surprise. The only thing we were disappointed about was the trade-in value of our 2000 4-runner, but that was the manager's call NOT Chris' or Tony's. Great job! More
