My husband and I usually buy used cars from individuals, but we wanted to get a certified used car because of the extra warranty. This dealership is not the closest one for us, but we are certainly glad we chose to drive the extra distance. First of all, all the staff we dealt with were friendly and professional. Mark Archambault, our salesman, was very personable and friendly, he knew the car and was very patient in demonstrating it to us, and teaching us how to use the navigation system and all the other special features of the car. There was no high pressure here. He helped get us the price we felt was fair, and went above and beyond our expectations, helping us get floor mats and an extra key. He also helped move the process along so that we were out the door in our Prius in a timely manner. Normally I do not fill out reviews, but we felt Mark and all the staff we dealt with at Stevenson Toyota East deserved an extra thank you. Came into this dealership to get a 40,000 mile service on my 2009 Scion xD. Test drove the 2012 V6 Sport RAV4 and fell in love. Sev was able to make my choice very easy and painless. Stevinson stood out far better from the rest. This group of trained professionals were dress very well, clean cut, with great attitudes. A benefit to us the minute we walked up to the door. Charles Clarke IV took care of our every need and helped us quickly realize that there was no better deal out there, based on our request. I thought his attitude was exceptionally great and he made both my father and I feel welcome and comfortable. Right there I knew I was buying a vehicle from this dealer. The legal professional, I think her name was Kris or Kristy, educated us on some facts that no one else at any other dealership cared to mention. This I feel was a HUGE service to us and saved us a few headaches during this process. Jim Miller, the finance professional, was very knowledgeable and rather quick at prepping our documents, getting us the coverage we deserved, and finalizing the sale with a more than reasonable finance rate through TMCC. These named individuals deserve to be recognized for their dedication to the customer, because I feel that if they provided such great service to us, they have to be treating everyone like this. Not going to lie after my last experience with Colorado Auto Finders on Parker Rd, a place I will NEVER go to again, I wasn't looking forward to the whole purchasing experience. Had a bad taste from before but I'm glad I went to Stevinson Toyota. Couldn't be happier with my new 2012 Tundra, I left feeling as though everything that could be done was done. Very cooperative on their part every step of the way from the test drive to leaving the lot. Even forgot a charger in my trade-in and Kevin got it to me the following day. Would definatly do business with them again no question about it. When I get my Crew Max a few years from now I'll be looking Kevin up again. Thank you guys. More
