When i walked into stevenson , it was just to check out new highlander.If it wasnt for Jeremy , i would'nt have bought the vehicle in 2 days time.He made it so easy for me that owning my new vehicle was th new highlander.If it wasnt for Jeremy , i would'nt have bought the vehicle in 2 days time.He made it so easy for me that owning my new vehicle was the easiest thing i did in my life.He helped me with everything and even after buying my vehicle he was kind enough to provide me with all help and support and made sure it had all the options fitted onto the vehicle on time.I would highly recomend him and stevenson for anyone who is planning to buy a vehicle. Jeremy was extremely helpful in trade-in of my old car and the purchase of the new one. I test drove several cars before deciding on the Prius V. I just received some news that I was going to spend much of my future years in Phoenix AZ. I had purchased a 2007 4Runner (Black) from this dealership some years ago, and was extremely happy with my 4Runne of my future years in Phoenix AZ. I had purchased a 2007 4Runner (Black) from this dealership some years ago, and was extremely happy with my 4Runner. However, the color was wrong for the AZ heat. I drove into your dealership late one evening looking for what you had available in a used Tacoma, and out comes Kevin. I thought I wasn't really ready to talk to anyone and just wanted to look, but Kevin's approach was personable. I explained to him that I was interested in a 'White' Tacoma and he said that he would help me get into the vehicle of my choice. He called me the next day and explained what was available and information regarding my trade in. Later that afternoon, we test drove a 2008 V6 4x4 White Tacoma and the deal was done. My experience working with Kevin was Awesome! He is very experienced, knowledgable, quick, and personable. Our car buying experience was very positive and working with Youssef was wonderful. Went car shopping one Saturday looking for a new Acura vehicle. I stopped by the Acura Aurora dealership and was met by a salesman that did not work for me. I drove an Acura and couldn't get out of that dealership fast enough. I drove down the street and pulled into Stevinson Toyota, where I was met by Kevin. What a breath of fresh air! He was very pleasant, smiling, laid back and most of all not he wasn't pushy but he listened to me. I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for at that point but thought I would drive a couple of vehicles just to see. I told him I definitely wanted a black vehicle and an SUV, so he showed me the RAV4. I drove off the lot that day in a 2010 Black Toyota RAV 4. I was very pleased with my whole experience with Kevin and Stevinson Toyota, I would definitely recommend your store to anyone looking for a car. Actually, my husband also bought a brand new Toyota Tundra that same day and speaking for both of us, I can say our experience was a good one. Keep smiling Kevin!!! More
