I went into Stevinson east with the stereotype that a lot of people have, that I wouldn't get the Truck I wanted and the price that was within my budget. After choosing the most beautiful Tacoma on the lot, of people have, that I wouldn't get the Truck I wanted and the price that was within my budget. Since the moment I walked in to Stevinson Charles Clarke has beenore then a salesman. He is like having a very good friend working on the inside! ;-) Not 2 weeks after I purchased my new truck, someone decides to key the tailgate on my Black Tacoma. I was very frustrated and honestly didn't know what to do. I called Charles and told him of the situation, and asked if he knew a good paint specialist? He said no need, just bring the vehicle in and have it looked at. He asked his tech Carlos to take a look and maybe buff it, I thought it might look ok but not great. I was wrong it looked amazing then Charles washed my truck and detailed it himself!! I wish every time I am purchasing something, I will get this kind of service, though I realize that may be unrealistic! I know one thing for sure, I will never buy a vehicle from anywhere else or anyone else! I was called by Stevinson Toyota after my Highlander was detailed. Bernadetta stated that if we could come to an agreement, they would like to purchase my Highlander.
