Everyone at the dealership was VERY helpful, professional, and friendly. All went out of their way to help me. I know if I need help in the future he will be there or guid me to the correct person. Elyce demonstrated the car "workings" to me and had me pratice. She also will help me in the furture as things come up. From slaes, finance, installation of systems, frount desk,and anyone else I came in contact with helped me through the proecess and were friendly and concerned that I got the info I needed. I visited Stevinson Auto East after looking at over 25 cars online at Cars.com. After finding a car I was interested in I stopped in Stevinson and was greeted immediately. Jeremy Young proceeded to find out what I was looking for without ever asking for a price range. This was the most comforting part of the whole buying experience because I never felt pigeon-holed into giving my bottom dollar. We went through the entire used car lot looking at anything/everything that caught my eye, until finally deciding to test drive a vehicle. I loved the vehicle but decided to continue to explore my options anyway, and left. I informed Jeremy I may be interested in purchasing it the following day, and he offered to come in on his day off to get the deal done. The next day I called Jeremy on his personal cell phone number that he had given me and we met up shortly after at Stevinson to initiate the selling process. I felt I got a fair price for my purchase($500 under KBB auction price) and my trade-in (KBB resale value). Overall, I had a great experience and felt that Jeremy Young and Jim Miller (finance) were very straight forward and up front throughout the process. * Side note: I did visit the Subaru dealership next to Stevinson Auto East and was reminded of how uncomfortable buying a used car can be as I was greeted with a sales pitch and an instant question of what my price range was. I came in very specifically to buy a used car but was quickly hustled through the used cars and onto leasing a brand new car. The contrast was significant. More

On several occasions Mr. Cahn Vo has provided insightful advice, steadfast supervision, and the technical knowledge to ensure I understood the repair process, and receive the most comprehensive servicing to address my concerns. He has been able to suggest options I hadn't considered toward repairs, follow up doggedly to ensure completion of all identifiable maintenance needs, leaving me with the feeling, I'm getting the best value for my dollar. He is customer friendly and dedicated to fine customer care. He should be recognized for his efforts and encouraged to continue the fine customer support. More

I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your location. However, Mr.Malki's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. Within a few Minutes,he answered all my questions thoroughly and was able to verify what I need. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. Roger Beck was incredibly helpful throught the entire process and earned my trust early on in the process. Some of the other individuals were slightly pushy in trying to close the deal, but I know that process and earned my trust early on in the process. Unfortunately, I write to inform you of one of the worst business experiences I have ever encountered. My wife and I were planning to purchase a 2012 Highlander and sought pricing information from multiple business experiences I have ever encountered. My wife and I were planning to purchase a 2012 Highlander and sought pricing information from multiple dealers in the Denver area. Stevinson Toyota East was quick to respond, and thus began our journey, piloted by Sean Minihan….. We desired a specifically equipped vehicle and Sean informed us that a vehicle so equipped was located in Wichita, KS. We then engaged in what I assumed was fair and honest negotiation and finally came to terms on a price. The vehicle was shipped and I received a call from Sean that we could complete the paperwork and assume possession of the vehicle that evening. He then very subtlety mentioned, “Oh yes, and the vehicle has 746 miles on it.” This, of course, by probably 99% of the population, is not considered a new vehicle and shouldn’t be priced as such. I rather quickly expressed my displeasure at this mileage revelation and wondered aloud to Sean whether he and Stevinson Toyota were attempting to intentionally deceive us (by not informing us of the mileage earlier and attempting to pass the vehicle to us as new). He assured me that he did not know the mileage until the vehicle arrived that day (which, I learned from a subsequent dealer, is almost impossible) and that no intent to deceive was there. My wife and I decided that we didn’t want a “new” vehicle that had 746 miles on it but I informed Sean that they could still keep our business if they could find a vehicle with the same basic features and keep the previously negotiated deal (and any surplus features would be free). Sean then had Rick Milgrim, his manager, phone my wife and attempt to coerce her into accepting the vehicle that came from Wichita. Keep in mind, however, that my wife had not been a party to any of my dealings with Stevinson Toyota at this point. Neither Sean nor Rick had ever either spoken to or met my wife. She, of course, didn’t bite on their scheme and, upon hearing from my wife about this action, I became enraged. Not only had Stevinson Toyota intentionally attempted to deceive us about the condition of the vehicle they were attempting to sell, they then attempted to go around my back and brow beat my wife into submission. I called Sean and informed him that I had never, in my life, dealt with a more unscrupulous and deceitful business than Stevinson Toyota. They are dishonest, distrustful, and (minimally) distasteful. In my rant, I informed him that I wanted information within one hour as to whether Stevinson could salvage their reputation and atone for their actions by offering us what we wanted (and had previously negotiated!). He called me back, over an hour later, and informed me that they could not secure what we wanted in such a short period of time and that he would continue his efforts and report back to me. Sean never called me again….. I’m writing to forewarn any and all prospective Toyota customers about the horrendous character and business practices of this dishonest dealership. Prepare to be deceived; expect to be misled. Stevinson Toyota ran a TV commercial last year in which a representative of the company was examined by a doctor who expressed concern about a dark mass in the man’s chest. The doctor was alarmed because this is normally where a man’s heart is located and, he mused, car salesmen don’t have a heart. Well, I think the doctor was right to be alarmed…… More

We drove from Bailey to Aurora to the Stevinson Toyota dealership because their website indicated that they had 3 of the type Tacoma truck that we were looking for. From the moment we arrived until the momemt we left, we were very well taken care of. The salesmen (Jeremy Young) was very knowledgable about the vehicles, very friendly and very helpful. The process of arriving at a price for the vehicle was painless. It was the smoothest transaction that I have ever participated in..and we have bought a lot of cars in 30 years. The finance piece was equally as smooth, I believe the gentleman that we worked with was Jim Miller. He was knowledgeable, his paperwork was in order, he was organized and helpful with the forms, explaining efficiantly what we were signing and why. Kevin went over the vehicle with us being careful to point out those things that are standardly different on Toyota's, i.e, the lights work backwards to other vehicles, etc. Jeremy and Elyce were thorough in helping us to transition to the new Tacoma, getting the plates off of our Ford, etc. Elyce even took time to help us set up our cell phones so that they worked with the Blue Tooth technology in the truck. Jeremeny sent us off with a full tank of gas in our new Tacoma pickup. EXCELLANT customer service from knowledgable people! was well worth the drive....I would go back from Bailey to the Aurora Stevinson Toyota to purchase another vehicle..the drive was worth it! More
