Great experience. Took my 20 year old Corolla in for some repairs. Repairs were going to cost more than the value of the car. Decided to buy a new one. We arrived shortly after 2:00 p.m. on Friday, 4/13/12. Don't know exact time but no later than 2:45 we told Roger we wanted the RAV4 that we had just taken for a short drive. Brad gave us a good price but was working with several other people. Between a loooong wait for Finance (Jim finally assisted us and was very fast and efficient in getting us in and out of Finance.) And a long wait for the car to washed and filled with gasoline, we did not get out of there until 6:00 p.m. Roger was with us constantly, except when he would check on Finance and car being ready. He went over points of the car before we left. Our huge complaint is the time it took from choosing car to time we were able to drive away. The waiting and waiting and waiting was frustrating and aggravating. We have used Stevinson Toyota for 30 years and this was first time we almost walked out without buying the car we can for. More

Zino was extremely helpful to my husband and I. He showed us the car we were looking for and was very patient while we carefully examined all it's features. He was knowledgeable and laid-back. Pat Kelley was really great to work with, everything was very simple and clear with him, which I really appreciated. However, Ric, the sales manager, ruined this buying experience for me, when I found out t very simple and clear with him, which I really appreciated. However, Ric, the sales manager, ruined this buying experience for me, when I found out that he called the dealers over at Mountain States Toyota, to see if I had visited them, and to find out what they were offering me. I had not mentioned Mountain States with Ric, because I was not trying to get him to beat an offer that MST had given me, I was only trying to see what Stevinson had to offer me. I found out about the call later that evening, when the sales consultant at MST told me that he had been called and informed of my visit at Stevinson East, and hence was not willing to sell at a better offer that he had given me earlier. Knowing this, I felt this was really unfair on the dealership's part, as the whole point in visiting multiple dealerships, is to get the best offer on your new purchase. But discussing prices with each other, defeats the whole purpose of trying to bargain prices elsewhere and the reason for multiple dealerships, competing for business. Since they had discussed what each one was offering, I felt it was pointless to check back on offers at other dealerships, as I figured Ric might have called up the other dealerships I had visited, as well. After agreeing to their offer, Jim Miller was also really great to work with, he was patient throughout the deal and kept business very straight-forward. I would definitely recommend working with Pat Kelley if you choose to visit Stevinson East, but avoid Ric if possible. More
