My experience with Stevinson Toyota has been horrendous! I had gone on their website to apply online for financing. I had several email conversations with Pat Kelley convincing me that I could get a loan fo I had gone on their website to apply online for financing. I had several email conversations with Pat Kelley convincing me that I could get a loan for the car I wanted and for the down payment I could afford. I get to the dealership and am told after the test drive that my credit wasn't good enough and I would need a cosigner, AFTER being assured they could make this happen. After making it clear I could not have a cosigner and on my way out the door they reran my credit and told me that if I could put more money down and have a high interest rate that I would be good to go. I was in there for 6 hours filling out paper work and opening an insurance policy. I was given the keys, told I had 60 days to register the car and that I would get a call about installing the security system. Two weeks later, I DO get a call, but a different one then promised. They call me telling me that my loan was never approved and I have to bring back the car unless I can get a cosigner. I was lied to and manipulated on TWO occasions! I would NEVER EVER recommend or do business with them again! I understand I don't have good credit, but to make me believe that everything was taken care of and that the car was essentially mine, letting me drive off the lot with it was shady and corrupt. I am also going to be reporting them to my local news paper and news stations! More

Went to Stevinson Toyota East to take a look at a 2008 Toyota Avalon that I had seen on the internet. I looked at the car in the lot and then walked toward the dealership showroom where I was met by Mark Toyota Avalon that I had seen on the internet. I looked at the car in the lot and then walked toward the dealership showroom where I was met by Mark Archambault. I asked him to let me drive it and he quickly went to get the keys and a temporary license plate. We drove the car and he asked me questions and was very friendly, putting no pressure on me at all. I sat down with him and talked about financing and he was able to help. I decided to buy the vehicle and he quickly went to get it ready. At the time I was in they had gotten a bit of a rush so I ended up having to wait for 30 to 40 minutes to see the finance person. I worked with Jim Miller who explained everything very well. I drove home with the vehicle in the shortest amount of time I have ever spent buying a car and this was probably the tenth car I have purchased from a dealer. The overall experience was tremendous and I would not hesitate to recommend Stevinson and Mark Archambault to my family and friends. More
Raj was a sheer pleasure to work with. Always in contact via email, telephone, helping me with options, flexible to reschedule appointments, etc. I wanted a Prius with a back-up camera but among the new mod via email, telephone, helping me with options, flexible to reschedule appointments, etc. I wanted a Prius with a back-up camera but among the new models, only package 3 had it, which was way more than my budget. Raj came up with the solution to add the rear-view-cam-mirror to a package 2 car and viola! it came within my budget. Many thanks for Raj for suggesting this and helping me get the car going asap. I will be back when my lease ends in 2015! :) More

Bernadette called me to see if I would like to come in and trade my leased 2010 Scion for a 2012 Scion or other Toyota vehicle. When I came in, Bernadette introduced me to Jeremy and I found a 2012 Yaris and trade my leased 2010 Scion for a 2012 Scion or other Toyota vehicle. When I came in, Bernadette introduced me to Jeremy and I found a 2012 Yaris that I really liked, however, Stevenson's wasn't able to make the figures work out because I had too much bad equity in the Scion. Jeremy tried every avenue he could but nothing worked. A few days later, I received another call from Bernadette apologizing and asking if I would please come in again. When I got there, Jeremy immediately apologized for himself and Stevenson's and thanked me for coming back in. He was not only very professional but extremely helpful. I did end up getting the 2012 Yaris. It did take quite a bit of time for me to get into the accountant to sign papers, etc.. during this time, Jeremy never left me alone. I definitly did NOT feel like he was all about selling me a car and that's all he cared about. You can tell that he has a genuine concern for others. I'm a firm believer that whoever you work for, you represent that company in your actions. I'm very loyal to Stevenson Toyota because there service is excellent. I don't hesitate to tell my friends and co-workers about them. When you are dealing with people like Bernadette and Jeremy, it makes it easy to be loyal. More
I had a fantastic experience here. I am a first time buyer, and Mr. Archambault went out of his way to make sure that I was treated fairly and had a chance at getting the car i wanted at a price that wa buyer, and Mr. Archambault went out of his way to make sure that I was treated fairly and had a chance at getting the car i wanted at a price that was comfortable for me. Most of my peers already have cars, but if someone is looking, I will definitely recommend them here, and specifically to Mr. Archambault. Loved working with them. More
