I chose Stevinson Toyota East because it is one of the seven DZ contributing dealerships, it is conveniently located, and it offers hybrid vehicles with proven reliability. It was by good luck that Jeremy Young was my salesperson. He was calm and patient as I asked many questions. He didn't hesitate to include the general manager in our discussions about availability and pricing. I felt very confident and comfortable in making this large financial investment with this group of professionals. Elyce Hurd introduced me to the many features of my new Prius v. I have worked with Dave Lottie for over 12 years (I used to go to Burt) and have found him to be excellent. Today I brought my 2005 Sienna for service and the wrong service record was brought up for that v to go to Burt) and have found him to be excellent. I remembered that the wrong service record was up about ten minutes after I got there and went to tell Dave. He had already noted the discrepancy and brought up the correct service record. Now that is knowing your customers. Bubba has been working on our service for about six years and he has been nothing but outstanding. I believe that these two gentlemen are the best service reps I have ever worked with. This is the reason I drive 20 miles from unincorporated Jefferson County to have my vehicles serviced at Stevinson East. More

Canh is a great service rep. He is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He remembers you by name and remembers what was wrong with your vehicle and will follow up to make sure you had a great exp extremely knowledgeable. The best thing about Canh is that unlike a lot of other places you might take your car, Canh never pressures you to purchase services that you don't need and never tries to take advantage of your inexperience with cars to get you to buy things you don't need. He is very honest so you can trust when he tells you you need something and when you can wait if you are struggling financially. Definitely suggest you deal with Canh if you can! More
