This was the best car purchase experience I have ever had ,and I've had five of them in my lifetime. Mark was very patient as I had trouble deciding which car to buy. He answered all my questions, responded to my specific needs and quirps, and was very courteous in his interactions with me. He explained everything in great detail, and I never felt rushed to make a decision. He did not ask for annoying personnal or finacial information. He did not treat me like a woman who could not make a decision without hubby's approval; finally, women are addressed like responsible people! He is very repsectuful and an asset to the dealership, I would certainly recommend Mark to my friends and coworkers. More

My wife and I have purchased more than a dozen cars in our life in a half dozen cities. We have never had a salesman as pleasant to work with as Jeremy Young at Stevinson. Tony in finance was unbelieveably competent and equally pleasant. We knew Stevinson was good because we used to own a Sienna and had it serviced there. After dealing with two VW dealers in the area in this week's new-car search, Jeremy and Tony made us feel like we were coming back home to Toyota. We may have broken the record time in going from "maybe we want a Toyota" to driving a new one off the lot--all at the end of a Saturday, their busiest afternoon. Very impressive. We were also impressed with our encounter with the general manager, Bill Stahelin. He saw us in the lot and quickly and politely came out to get us going with Jeremy. Light but effective touch. We are a military family of 6 and we have been stationed here since 2008. I always call in and make appointments for services so I know whats needed for my vehicle and the expected wait time. Even if I go i here since 2008. I always call in and make appointments for services so I know whats needed for my vehicle and the expected wait time. Even if I go in for an oil change on a slow day Im there for 3-4+ hours EVERY time. I do NOT complain; Im a VERY understanding person. But I called the shop 8/3/12 to make an appointment for my vehicle to be detailed on 8/6/12 @ 10am. We arrived at 10:45am. I had my lil ones with me ranging in ages from the oldest being 10 and a 3yr old and a baby that I currently nurse. Everyone was fine and by 1pm I asked Sharon Hoppel how much longer will they be? She looked at me and replied it can take a while. I asked how far are they? She replied it can take up to 5-7hrs for a detailing it can take all day. I replied I was told 3-4hrs MAX. I was thinking that since Im ALWAYS there for 3-4+ hours that it would be ok to allow them to detail my 06 sequoia. I NEVER take my sequoia to anyone other than the dealer because I do not want PROBLEMS that only SEEM to occur when you DO NOT take your vehicle to the authorized dealer EVEN THOUGH they charge MORE for their services. I RARELY recieve my military discount; but I digress, but only to express other issues I have had with Sharon Hoppel. After Sharon refused to go back in the back to look to see how much longer they would be on my vehicle she then said "do u want to use that courtesy ride now?" I said nothing and I sat back down with my children in the waiting room. They were very well behaved according to the few customers that were there with us. @4pm I could not take it any more and we went to talk to Jeff Tossie. I informed him about my appointment, how long we had all been waiting, how long we ALWAYS WAIT, a few issues in regards to my last visit (but I failed to mention that Sharon Hoppel told me we needed new breaks mid June/12 even though I had just purchased breaks! I asked her how long should breaks last? Sharon Hoppel replied "sometimes they can last up to 50thou miles, but in other cases it can be just 20thousand." I said nothing and purchased new breaks. I rarely drive, so its a great deal of time between services for the 06 sequoia that only has 57thousand miles on it after a drive this summer for vacation.) Jeff Tossie assured me that he would have the vehicle in the driveway by 5pm. When Jeff Tossie drove the car to us he said he filled up the gas and its all free. Pradon me if the tone of this sounds ungreatful, but I ALWAYS have more than half a tank of gas because of the DISTANCE between my home and the dealer to which I am familiar with, and the service was far from FREE, with 4 small children one of which was a toddler and the other an infant sitting there for SEVEN long hours! What child do you know that can do that, let alone 4?!? BUT WE DID! We have a sequoia because it is LARGE enough to hold my family. The courtesy ride did NOT. But, it was OK as long as they would GET THE JOB DONE, it would be worth it. The job WAS NOT DONE!!! The interior was DAMP but only to make me believe it was done. It was a hit and miss! EZ to remove spots were STILL there the windows were DIRTY the doors were DIRTY and the things in the glove box were removed and I needed the vehicle registration to stay in there. I did NOT complain. I NEVER COMPLAIN! I informed Jeff Tossie on my way out that the expirences are very disheartening and that I DO NOT FEEL as though WE ARE WELCOMED, and I lowered my head with disappointment and drove off when I could collect myself enough to focus on the road. When I arrived home I recorded EVERYTHING, & I noticed a substance leaking from UNDER the vehicle driverside backend. I (a day later) in my driveway and WET because its a bit of a PUDDLE even though the VEHICLE was more than DRY on the outside after our 30-45 min drive back home. In fear of driving the vehicle afterward, I called my insurance company for help. I will also contact the military base and inform them (with the recording)of my apprehensions and to seek advice on what to do next. I will also contact all Toyota with recordings and just pray that we NEVER have to deal with Toyota again. Its been a long 4yrs and now I want to sell my sequoia WHICH WE LOVE SO VERY MUCH (which breaks my heart, but I do not feel safe any longer) because I no longer trust Toyota. I do not know Sharon Hoppel or Jeff Tossie, nor do we have any negative dealings so there was no call for any of this. Just to think... We were looking to get another vehicle from them this year. Dodged a bullet there! I guess Anthony Vigil will lose money on this one, right along with Toyota on 444 S. Havana in Aurora. Jeff Tossie NEVER informed me that the car was NOT PROPERLY detailed. He just said it was wet inside and that I should take the carpets out and run the vehicle for an hour or so with the heat on so the carpet and seats could dry. I feel it was DECEITFUL on his part AS MANAGER to give the ALLURE that the vehicle WAS at Toyotas quality, or perhaps that was their best for a SEVEN HOUR day! Maybe we should have been ready for a SLEEPOVER at Toyota instead. More
