When arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by Richard Bowyer. He, in turn, introduced me to Rahul Mirchand. Raj Mirchand, the salesman, was very cordial and went over all details. I own a 2010 Sequoia and have had outstanding service on each of my 3 visits. Dave Lottie was exceptional in taking the time to listen to my concerns and was extremely knowledgeable. Even though my normal warranty had expired Dave was able to have my radio replaced at no cost to me since I had my vehicle into the service department (GO Toyota) months prior with no resolution. We were very pleased with our recent visit to Stevinson. Mark Archambault was out due to illness, so Lou Caldrello helped us. He showed us the differences between each truck (with all the new gadgets and engine upgrades, it can be confusing), made sure we knew what we were getting. Both Mark and Lou followed up with calls to make sure we were happy with our choice, (which we are very happy!!!) Also the girl (wish I could remember her name) was very kind and patient teaching us how to use all the new toys in the truck. We are enjoying our new Tacoma like CRAZY!!!!! Thanks Stevinson! More
