Everyone at the Toyota Service center has always been so courteous and helpful. I know that when I take my Toyota to them that I am getting the work I asked for at the price I am expecting to pay. They advise you on what items need to be fixed, but do not pressure you to get something done, this proves to me that I can trust them. Josh Eickstaedt assisted me on my most recent visit and he quoted me a little high, so it was a nice surprise when he was able to get the price a bit lower. Zino was very friendly and helpful. He gave me all the details that I requested, (price as well as additional fees and taxes). He was however not in the least bit pushy.
