Overall, the face to face customer service was great. Mark went out of his way to provide us with extra information and familiarized us with the car. He was friendly and patient. They made the process simple, which is what we were looking for. I would only advise any future buyers to not be timid about negotiating for the price you really want. The price I received was fair, and I'm happy with the lease and the experience, but it is in fact a business, and they are indeed professionals, so the buyer should be bold, and hopefully the final result will be somewhere in the middle where everyone can feel good about it. Jeff Tossie and his staff are great to work with, from the service advisers to the shuttle drivers, I had very bad experience in the sales of a used car, and Jeff made that easier to take after he took th the service advisers to the shuttle drivers, I had very bad experience in the sales of a used car, and Jeff made that easier to take after he took the car and repaired the vehicle for all the check engine lite codes and replacing the timing belt and water pump. I would recommend Jeff and his staff as a place to go if you use a dealership for car repairs. I would not buy a used car from this dealership after my experience, I would only go to a dealer that lets you take the car to a reputable mechanic and test drive it for at least 72 hours. I thought that is the deal I had made, but be it not in writing, and even having a voice mail as proof, and a friend, the sales department would not honor the deal and Jeff Tossie made what was a horrific experience, a better experience. I have given this review to the service department only, and for the reasons I described above. More
