I had the opportunity to enter the Stevenson East facility, and was treated with the utmost manners and politeness that anyone could possibly asked for. All the people from the salesman to the sales manager to the people in finance treated me with the professionalism that all dealerships should have. They extended themselves to find out in which direction my needs were to be met and made my problems their solutions. After my purchase i was extended the invitation to their car care dinner, which helped me to realize the people I would deal with when I would bring my car in for maintenance and I was told of some very important mileage markers to keep my eyes on to help the preventive maintenance. These people in no way left me in the cold and reassured me that they would be there for my needs if a problem arose. i would gladly recommend this dealership to my friends without any hesitation. The nice thing that I appreciate greatly is that Stevenson Toyota treat you like family. More

My experience with Stevison Toyota East was excellent. Joe Conklin was my sale associate, & he was thorough, kind, & upfront about the pluses & minuses of driving a truck. I felt comfortable with the process from start to finish, & did not feel pressure of any kind to make a decision on the spot. My one constructive criticism is that my car buying experience took about 4-5 hours from start to finish. It would have been great if there were snacks or food of some kind, as I was very hungry after being in the dealership for 4+ hours. I went to the dealership with the intention of just "looking" I left with buying not 1 but 2 brand new 2013 Toyota Corollas. I was very impressed with the knowledge and niceness of the salesman Joseph "looking" I left with buying not 1 but 2 brand new 2013 Toyota Corollas. I was very impressed with the knowledge and niceness of the salesman Joseph Conklin. Not only did he take his time in explaining the reasons for why the car would benefit my husband and I but he broke down the gas mileage the air bags and safety of the vehicle. Not only was he nice but we never felt pressured into buying the vehicles he told us the benefits of the safety of the vehicle for our 2 children as well and made us feel very comfortable. He was extremely helpful in the start and finish of the process. I would firmly recommend this dealership but mainly recommend Joseph Conklin. You should feel very blessed in knowing you have a great man working for your company. I have recommended many people to him and I will continue as long as he works there. I went with a friend this past Saturday so she could drop off some paperwork for her new Toyota Corolla at Stevenson Toyota East. I was not planning on buying a new vehicle at this time, however I was appoac off some paperwork for her new Toyota Corolla at Stevenson Toyota East. I was not planning on buying a new vehicle at this time, however I was appoached by Joseph Conklin about looking at the 2013 Corolla. I was almost positive that there would have been no way out of my current auto loan without having a much higher payment. Joseph was extrememly helpful in getting the most for my trade and was able to get me into a brand new Corolla for less than what I was paying on my other vehicle. Joseph was very energetic, professional and positive throughout the entire process. He was not pushy to put me in something I couldn't afford but rather helped to put me in a better situation. I would recommend anyone who is looking to buy or lease a vehicle to go to Mr. Conklin. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. More

We walked into the dealership knowing what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend. Mark approached us in a timely manner, answered all of our questions and worked out a deal that fit within all of our p how much we wanted to spend. He even brought them sandwiches and let them watch Thomas on his computer while we were going through all of the paperwork. The extra meltdown prevention was unexpected, but greatly appreciated.
