It was quite a pleasure working Ryan Sampson he was knowledgable about all of the vehicles we test drove and he made us feel extremely comfortable. My other complaint is that it took too long to complete the paperwork after the terms of the deal were finalized. Given that it was a cash deal this part should have been easy and fast. More

This was our first visit to Stevinson Toyota East. After parking our car we were immediately greeted by Kevin. We told him we were considering a Camry, an Accord and a Legacy, and whatever we chose would b parking our car we were immediately greeted by Kevin. We told him we were considering a Camry, an Accord and a Legacy, and whatever we chose would be my wife's car. We went inside and were very impressed with the quality, layout and cleanliness of the showroom. Before we started talking, my wife excused herself to the restroom, and I noticed the beautiful Scion FR-S sitting in the showroom. Of course, I had to sit in the driver's seat and imagine driving this cool car. While dreaming that I was younger and going to buy the FR-S, Bill came by and introduced himself as the General Manager. We talked about the FR-S and then Kevin joined us and we started discussing a Camry. My wife joined us and after explaining what we wanted (I had already researched the cars on Consumer Report's website), Kevin went and got a car for us to test drive. My wife drove so I had time to notice all the bells and whistles and ask Kevin questions about the Camry. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable about the car and knew what package came with what, etc. After returning to the lot, we explained to Kevin that we were not yet ready to choose a car because we still needed to test drive the Accord. The next day was a Sunday (when all car dealers are closed), so we visited the local Honda dealer to look at the Accord. My wife decided the Camry looked better than the Accord, so the decision was made. She called Kevin the next day but unfortunately they did not have the exact car she wanted in stock. But he called her back within about 30 minutes to let her know he had found "her" car in Pueblo. Within a few days the car was at Stevinson and I went to pick it up. The paperwork took about one hour, which was very good considering the time it usually takes. I left with a very nice Camry, a very good deal and zero percent financing for five years. One of the best auto buying experiences of my life, and I have purchased about a dozen new cars over the years. More

I felt confident that I could make the deal and learn how to operate a Prius. Everyone at Toyota was helpful and friendly throughout the process. I was happy to work with Stevinson Toyota because my experience for 4 1/2 years with maintenance on the Corolla we leased in 2008 was so satisfactory. I bought a NEW 2012 Toyota Tundra Pick up truck from this dealership. Turned out to be the BIGGEST Piece of JUNK I ever owned. Was broke down twice in less than 5000 miles and these people would do nothing a dealership. Turned out to be the BIGGEST Piece of JUNK I ever owned. Was broke down twice in less than 5000 miles and these people would do nothing about it. Left messages to call me back and no one ever did. The only time I talked to anyone was when I called them and caught them off guard by not giving my name. Got NO SATISFACTION out of this dealership nor from Toyota itself. Would never buy another Toyota as long as I live nor would I reccomend anyone else buying one either. I ended up trading for a CHEVY Pick up which I should have done in the first place. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING A TOYOTA OF ANY TYPE. More
